The publication reminds that at present the management company is chosen by the homeowners themselves, but the strategy for the development of the construction industry and housing and communal services until 2030 provides for the transfer of the right of choice to regional operators for housing management. They, it is assumed by the document, will be able to choose a company on the basis of a competition.
- Regoperators will guarantee compensation for damage from violations leading to accidents in homes. But funds for this, apparently, will be collected from citizens - it is actually proposed to create a "common boiler" to cover the damage, - says the CCI's recall.
Another amount will be added to the payment for housing and communal services, and the collected money will be sent to regional operators, says Andrey Shirokov, head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Committee on Housing and Communal Services Entrepreneurship. Operators will determine for themselves what is covered by this fund and what is not.
Let us recall that the strategy until 2030 involves the implementation of measures to improve the management of the housing stock.
Recall that according to the decision of the Supreme Court, representatives of management companies today have the right to have access to all residential premises of the owners.
