“They are planning a dioxin intervention, a war against our people”, - says Maxim Shingarkin, a Russian public figure, founder of the Public Regional Environmental Fund Grazhdanin (Citizen), about RT-invest company.

In the video on his instagram, Maxim Shingarkin gives a detailed analysis of the table from the presentation of RT-invest (a subsidiary of Rostec), which the company presented to the State Duma as a justification for its plans to build dozens of waste incineration plants. He tells which specific cities this will affect, and how many Russians will end up in the "dioxin ghetto".

“We are continuing the conversation about the dioxin plans of the RT-invest company - their plans to build waste incineration plants in the Russian Federation. Those factories that, in fact, eliminate the health of future generations of Russians.

A document came into our hands, the same one that the private company RT-invest submitted to the State Duma.

So.

In the first place we have with you St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. It plans to build five waste incineration plants there.

It is planned to build two waste incineration plants in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. An excellent health resort for the Crimea.

In addition, there will be one waste incineration plant in the Caucasian Mineral Waters.

It is also planned to build one waste incineration plant on the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory.

Two waste plants are planned in Samara, Togliatti and Syzran.

Two waste incineration plants in Rostov-on-Don, Taganrog and Shakhty.

Two waste incineration plants in Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Novosibirsk. Or there is only one in Novosibirsk - it was not possible to understand it definitely, because the font is extremely unreadable.

There is one plant in Chelyabinsk and Magnitogorsk, although there is a distance between these cities that does not allow to take away garbage for nothing.

There is one waste incineration plant in Volgograd and Volzhsky.

In Ufa - one; another one in Perm, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Kemerovo and Novokuznetsk.

In addition, waste incineration plant is planned for Voronezh.

In Yaroslavl, Kostroma and Rybinsk, for some reason, one in three cities.

Omsk, Saratov and Engels will have one waste incineration plant each.

There is one plant in Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk.

In Tula and Novomoskovsk - one.

In total - 32 additional waste incineration plants.

Additional for the five that are under construction? Not.

The company "RT-Invest" right in the same table made a feint with the ears.

We read below: "In order to achieve the goals of eliminating landfills in the Moscow region, it is necessary to build 3 additional incinerators to the 4 already under construction".

Let me draw your attention: we are not talking about the Moscow region. We are talking about the Moscow region - it can be anything. Three incinerators to be built in Moscow? On the territory of New Moscow? In outskirts of Moscow? Or maybe they will be built in Vladimir and Tver?

Maybe it will be the Smolensk region? Kaluga? While this remains a mystery.

Total: 35 incinerators are planned to be built in addition to the five already under construction. Four are being built in the Moscow region and one is being built in Kazan.

If you look closely at the number of people who are planning to make them happy, you and I will see 42 million people. But in this case, residents of Moscow and the Moscow region were not counted.

In total: about 60 million people will live in the zone of dioxin damage!

Even if we imagine that all 60 million people will say "No!" to incineration plants, do you think it will stop RT-invest?"
