Bloggers gave an appraisal of the new Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education appearance
Prime Minister Mikhail Misustin appointed the press secretary of the Tyumen State University and the adviser to the rector of the university 34-year-old Elena Druzhinin (on the photo) to a position of Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of Russia.
Blogger Kirill Potapov expresses an opinion:
"Elena Druzhinina worked for 15 years at Tyumen State University, the rector of which was previously the head of the Ministry of Education and Science Valery Falkov. The girl also graduated from The London School of Public Relations, after that she was immediately sent to the University under Valery Falkov. All this played an important role in the further career of Elena.
Also behind Elena's title is Miss "Tyumen State University-2013".
Tyumen, one might say, is a forge of managerial personnel in Russia. It works at least not without some failures, but it is stable enough. Some Tyumen people also joined the new government of the Russian Federation under Mikhail Mishustin:
Dmitry Kobylkin - Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation.
Vladimir Yakushev - Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.
Valery Falkov - Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
And of course one cannot fail to mention the most prominent politician from Tyumen - Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. Also, I can’t help but recall our governor of the Sverdlovsk region, Yevgeny Kuyvashev, who for a long time headed the Tyumen administration.
Personally I have no doubt that a beautiful woman like Elena Druzhinina can be smart and professional in the chosen field of activity".
