In the video, Khalimat Taramova claims that now she is not in danger. Recall that before her escape, she recorded a video in which she asked not to give away her location, as this could become "a threat to her life".

"I'm with my family. I'm all good. There is no pressure in my direction, everyone supports me, reassures me", - says Taramova in the report of "Grozny".

At the same time, she declares that she does not remember how she ended up in an anti-crisis apartment in Dagestan.

“Everything was like a fog, I don’t remember”, - says Taramova.

She added that she was outraged by what the media wrote about her and what "rumors" were being spread.

The video also shows Taramova's relatives and doctors. They also claim that the girl had mental problems. The Grozny correspondent expressed confidence that the girl was "used to strike a blow at the traditional foundations of the Chechen people".

We will remind that earlier it became known that the Chechen woman of non-traditional sexual orientation Khalimat Taramova fled due to threats and violence. Later it became known that she is the daughter of the first deputy minister of housing and communal services of Chechnya Ayub Taramov.

The girl turned to the LGBT network for help, which helped her hide in an anti-crisis apartment. But on June 10, the Dagestani and Chechen security forces broke into the apartment, arrested the human rights defenders who were there, and Taramova and another girl, Anna Manylova, were taken to Chechnya. Later Manylova was allowed to fly to St. Petersburg.

The Chechen Minister for National Policy, Foreign Relations, Press and Information Akhmed Dudayev made an official statement that “provocateurs” who were working in the interests of Western countries tried to kidnap Taramova, and the police of the republics prevented this trip.
