The governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Sergei Furgal, who is in the Lefortovo jail, complained of a rash, which he called an allergic reaction. As a physician, he suggests that there is a risk of anaphylactic shock.

The executive secretary of the Public Supervisory Commission (PMC) Alexey Melnikov said about this to Interfax.

On the hands of Sergei Fugal appeared red allergic spots. Being a medical doctor by training, Furgal is sure that wearing gloves caused an allergy. He fears that anaphylactic shock may occur.

The governor is in quarantine mode; he is alone in a double chamber.

Sergei Furgal told Melnikov that he did not receive any transmissions. The TV in his camera does not work, because there is no antenna. He reads books from the pre-trial detention center's (SIZO) library and the newspapers dated July 9; plays sports.

In addition, Sergey Furgal does not know about the mass actions in his support taking place in the region.

- Furgal knows nothing about the protests in Khabarovsk, his TV does not work, we were forbidden to talk about it. He is pleased with the conditions, said a friendly team in a pre-trial detention center, - TASS reports the words of PMC member Eva Merkacheva.

Recall that the governor of the Khabarovsk Territory was arrested on July 9 on suspicion of organizing two murders and attempted murder. He was taken to Moscow, where he was charged. The Basmanny court elected a preventive measure in the form of two months of arrest.

The arrest of the governor caused mass actions in Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Nikolaevsk-on-Amur, Bikin, Elban and other cities in the region. For several days in a row, people take to the streets with the slogans “Freedom to Furgal” and “Moscow, bring Furgal back”.
