48% of Russian companies are going to return office work for employees after the coronavirus pandemic and related restrictions are over. 14% will return employees to their jobs partially. Every fifth company representative indicated that when the epidemic is over, the regime will be hybrid or will not change.

Such data follow from a survey conducted by the Rabota.ru service, the results of which are provided by RIA Novosti.

Half of the organizations that do not want to completely return to office work are going to leave at least 10% of workers to work remotely. 12% of respondents noted that after a pandemic 10-30% of employees will remain remotely, in 31% of companies this will affect 30-50% of employees. 7% believe that it would be more efficient to leave more than half of the team working remotely.

Currently, 78% of employers have less than half of their staff working remotely. Over 75% of the team work remotely for every eighth participant in the study. 50-75% of employees switched to telecommuting in every eleventh organization.

As for vaccination against COVID-19, every third company actively motivates the team to get vaccinated. 21% give an additional day off for this, in 5% of companies a bonus is paid to the vaccinated, 10% are limited to oral encouragement.

About a quarter of employers believe that encouraging workers to vaccinate is necessary, but so far they are not doing it. 38% against additional motivation for covid vaccination.

Meanwhile, more than half of employers have already organized coronavirus vaccinations for their employees. At the same time, 32% of companies did not take such measures. Note that more than half of citizens support compulsory vaccination against coronavirus infection. About 60% of Russians made for the introduction of output for vaccination against COVID-19.
