Director of the N.F. Gamaleya center Alexander Gintsburg pointed out that there are "absolutely no" negative consequences from multiple revaccinations from COVID-19.

As Alexander Gintsburg said in an interview with Tass, when cases of repeated revaccination against coronavirus, "there were observed a titer of antibodies, everything is fine, everything is good".

As of November 12, the herd immunity level in Russia was 49%. More than 63 million people are vaccinated with at least one component of the vaccine, about 58 million people have fully completed vaccination.

On the same day, bills on the introduction of a QR-code system in Russia were submitted to the State Duma. According to one of them, all long-distance and international rail and air transportation is transferred to admission by QR-codes for vaccinations, documents on the transferred coronavirus, or by certificates of medical evacuation. Negative PCR-tests will also be accepted on airplanes and trains - until further notice from the government.
