Gulagu.net human rights defenders will soon receive another 200 GB of videos of torture with the participation of FSIN (Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia) officers and, presumably, the FSB in the colonies of Krasnoyarsk, Transbaikalia and Primorsky Krai.

On Tuesday, December 14, the founder of the project, Vladimir Osechkin, informed the Telegram channel "Ostorozhno, Novosti " about the imminent receipt of a new 200 GB FSIN / FSB archive, which the Gulagu.net informant was able to take out. Now he is on a plane from Russia.

“The founder of the project, Vladimir Osechkin, told us that the disk contains an archive from Krasnoyarsk (for 2016-2019), Transbaikalia and Primorsky Krai. In the near future, he will be at the headquarters of the organization in France. According to Osechkin, he decided to publicly talk about the plane that is still flying over Russia in order to avoid possible provocations by the authorities”, - the message on the Telegram channel says.

According to the founder of Gulagu.net, the new archive will show that torture takes place not only in Saratov, but also in other regions. According to Osechkin, even FSB officers are involved in the torture on the video recordings.

On November 1, a video was published on the official YouTube channel Gulagu.net, which details a number of officials who are organizers of torture and rape of prisoners in OTB-1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Saratov Region. After the publication of the video archive, Putin removed Alexander Kalashnikov from the post of head of the Federal Penitentiary Service. Later, the Human Rights Council (HRC), during a visit to the Regional Tuberculosis Hospital of the Federal Penitentiary Service (OTB-1) in Saratov, confirmed that prisoners were systematically tortured and abused in this hospital.
