The refusal to pass a coronavirus test will cost up to 40 thousand rubles

The Ministry of Internal Affairs explained that all this entails liability under the Code of Administrative Offenses on violation of the law in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being, for which fines are provided in the amount of 15 thousand to 40 thousand rubles.

- Inaction is expressed in non-compliance with the obligation to immediately inform about the return to the Russian Federation, the place of registration and the actual stay, treatment for medical help at home without visiting the medical organizations in the event of any deterioration in health status, as well as evasion of mandatory laboratory testing, - TASS publishes the message of the department.

Violators will be considered citizens who confirmed the coronavirus, those who had contact with patients, or who arrived in Russia from countries with an unfavorable epidemiological situation and violated the requirements of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Russian Federation, chief sanitary doctors in the regions, their deputies or officials of Rospotrebnadzor.

“In practice, the actions of citizens are connected with the violation of the requirement for isolation at home or in specially created observation posts,” the Interior Ministry explained.

Recall that Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced that mass testing will be conducted in the capital for COVID-19. It is worth noting that a third of Russian doctors have never passed a test for coronavirus.

To the date, 262 843 cases of infection with a new coronavirus infection have been identified in Russia. 58,226 people recovered and were discharged from medical facilities. 2,418 patients died.

We note that in terms of the number of cases, Russia is in second place, ahead of the UK, where 238,004 cases of the disease are registered. The United States remains the first, with more than 1.4 million people diagnosed with coronavirus infection.

In most Russian regions, a high alert mode has been introduced. In several constituent entities of the Russian Federation, it is mandatory to wear medical masks and gloves in public places. In Moscow, for example, the glove-mask regime was introduced on May 12. However, in the first two days after the start of its operation, 198 passengers of the capital's subway were fined for violating the regime. Yesterday it became known that in the metro of St. Petersburg passengers without masks will not be allowed at all.
