Citizens will be able to pay off "travel restrictions" debts right at the airports

On December 15, in the third reading, the State Duma adopted a bill that provides for the automatic termination of enforcement proceedings and the abolition of restrictions and bans on travel abroad established for the debtor. For these purposes, the service "Digital Enforcement Proceedings" has been developed.
Thanks to the service, the debtor will be able to pay debts by choosing a convenient payment method, for example, by transferring from a card. Thus, it will be possible to remove the travel bans in a few minutes and be on time for your flight.
Once approved by the Federation Council and signed by the president, the bill will become law and will come into force in 180 days.
“Now it takes several weeks to solve the problem with leaving”, - the Association of Tour Operators said .
In November it became known that more than 4 million Russians were not allowed to travel abroad due to debts.
