Emergencies Ministry experts advised the Russians not to wear protective masks on the street during the coronavirus pandemic.

Experts are sure that putting a mask on the street is impractical, but it would be better, on the contrary, to take the opportunity and to breathe fresh air.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations clarified that the mask is required in crowded places, for example, in public transport or in a store, as well as while treating the SARS patients or communicating with people who have signs of the disease.

Rescuers also recalled that the masks have a different structure. They are disposable and reusable. But you cannot wear the same mask, because you can infect yourself twice.

For effective use, it does not matter which side to wear the mask, the main thing is that it bury the nose and mouth tightly and do not leave gaps.

Experts recalled that masks should be changed regularly and hands should be washed more often. Also, experts recommended observing a sleep pattern and include protein food in their diet. Recall that the Ministry of Health announced a diet specifically designed for people in self-isolation or quarantine at home.

In addition, experts note the importance of physical activity at home and do not forget to strengthen your immunity. Earlier, psychoanalyst Elena Kadyrova published doctors' recommendations on how to survive an epidemic with minimal manifestations of the disease or not to get sick at all.

As for masks, they are not always available for sale. In many regions there is a lack of these protective equipment not only for the population, but also for the medical workers. In some pharmacies in Moscow, masks even began to be sold "with a load." To protect themselves, citizens sew masks on their own. Tomsk pensioner, for example, invented his own method of protection against coronavirus - instead of a mask and glasses, he suggests wearing a device that “neutralizes the virus on approaching the body.”
