On the website of the Elvis-NeoTek company, the so-called “portfolio company” RUSNANO, established in 2011 and becoming the “leading developer and manufacturer of high-tech security systems using image recognition technologies, computer vision, radar, video, thermal imaging surveillance”, can find out the details.

It is reported here that "until 2024, the Ministry of Education plans to equip more than 43 thousand educational institutions with security systems".

In the meantime, Russian-made video surveillance systems have already appeared in 1,500 educational institutions.

The cameras are planned to be used “for security control at the entrance and exit of the school”, as well as even “for video surveillance in the classrooms, which will ensure safety in the classroom and broadcast them for distance learning”.

That is, it turns out that already lessons in Russian schools - in principle - can be considered potentially “dangerous”.

It is reported that for use in schools selected IP-camera series VisorJet Smart Mini, designed for high-quality video surveillance indoors.

The servers are equipped with a video surveillance system with computer vision, which is called - what do you think? - Orwell 2k (developed by ELVIS-NeoTek; included in the register of domestic software).

And, it turns out that due to the fact that these surveillance cameras are installed for us in order to supposedly ensure the safety of our children, the Orwellian dystopia, which is associated with a totalitarian system, with total control, with the suppression of a person, a person, will now be put forward as such an ideal model, a positive model.

That is, like this, taking advantage of the moment when our citizens relaxed a bit after the lifting of restrictions, they now begin to actively prepare for the fall.

And we know that Rospotrebnadzor has already ordered to ensure - as they call it - "separation of children." And in order for them to be “disunited”, it is necessary that the class has no more than 15 people, so that everyone has a different time for change.

And, of course, the need for distance education immediately turns on, because it is impossible to provide classroom instruction for all children if only 15 people are allowed.

According to RBC , the companies involved in the special register participate in the experiment. This is a legal entity or individual entrepreneurs registered in Moscow and participating in the development or circulation of artificial intelligence technologies, as well as goods and services made on its basis.

“The City Hall will be able to determine the conditions, requirements and procedures for the development, creation, implementation and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. What they will be, the bill does not specify. It is only indicated that the mayor's office will determine the order and cases of transferring images by the owners of urban cameras and video cameras, as well as control the processing of anonymized personal data by the participants in the experiment. At the same time, it is stipulated that anonymized personal data obtained during the experiment cannot be transferred to non-participants. These data should be stored on the territory of Moscow”, - writes RBC.

The coordinating council is responsible for the strategy and mechanisms for implementing the experimental legal regime, the provision on which is adopted by Moscow in agreement with the government. Based on the results of the experiment, the council should prepare and submit to the government "proposals on the appropriateness or inappropriateness of introducing amendments to the Russian legislation".
