The People's Artist died at his home in Moscow, RIA Novosti reports, referring to the theater's press service.

Andrey Myagkov was remembered by the audience for his roles in the films "Irony of Fate or Enjoy Your Bath", "Office Romance", "Garage", "Cruel Romance". Myagkov is considered a comedian, but he has many major dramatic roles. He is also a detective writer.

It's worth reminding that the actor himself, who most Russians associate with Yevgeny Lukashin, the hero of the film "The Irony of Fate...", believed that showing this movie annually on December 31 is "a perversion". He was sure that everyone was already tired of the film. The actor himself admitted that he had stopped watching TV for a long time.
