Forecasters warned of abnormal cold

The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center, Roman Vilfand, told RIA Novosti that the shift of the anticyclone, which determines very hot weather during the summer solstice, not to the west, but to the east will bring cold air to the center of the European part.

Thus, in the Tomsk, Omsk, Tyumen and Chelyabinsk regions will fall below the norm by six degrees. During the day there will be about 20 degrees, at night - only eight to nine degrees above zero.

Previously , abnormal heat was reported in a number of regions of the Central Federal District, where the thermometer posts were supposed to rise to a mark of 35 degrees. Roman Villefand also warned the Russians about the abnormal heat. According to his forecasts, this week the weather will be especially warm for the inhabitants of the European part of Russia.
