According to Governor Vladimir Solodov on his Telegram channel, the bodies were raised thanks to the joint work of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Kronotsky Reserve.
Now the rescuers are faced with the task of raising the helicopter's body - this is necessary for carrying out investigative actions and in order to avoid possible negative consequences for the environment.
A helicopter of the Vityaz-Aero airline with 13 passengers, including a child, and three crew members on board crashed to Kuril Lake on 12 August.
On board were tourists from Moscow and St. Petersburg. Eight of them survived the crash. They are now in the hospital, including two in intensive care. Rescuers continue to search for the bodies of the victims.
