Experts named the regions whose residents will save up for a car faster than others

According to a research by RIA Novosti, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the Magadan Region, whose residents will have to save 3.6 and 3.9 years, respectively, are in second place after the leading Chukotka in terms of accumulation for a new car. For those living in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the term is 4.3 years , and Moscow closes the top five - 4.6 years .

To accumulate for a used car, the terms are reduced by about half, but the first place is already taken by the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug - 1.6. Further, Chukotka - 1.7, Magadan Oblast and NAO - 1.8 each, Moscow, Sakhalin, Kamchatka, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - 2.1 each .

The last place on the list is Kabardino-Balkaria. To save up for a new car worth 2 million rubles, residents of this region will need at least 11.1 years, and they will be able to buy a car with an escape, postponing it for five and a half years. Chechnya and North Ossetia, which are also "in the tail", have the same indicators - 10.8 years for a new car and 5.3 years for a used one.

Meanwhile, prices for used cars in the country are growing - by 200 thousand rubles compared to last year. Previously, analysts recorded a significant increase in demand for used cars. This is due to several factors, but primarily because the prices for new cars have increased.
