Suffering, if it does not liberate, then this suffering is useless, terrible and unnecessary to anyone.

Suffering in itself is harmful. Suffering is useful only in the sense that it frees you... Like fire... Fire can burn, or it can temper.

This tempering fire of suffering seems to me very important, then I see this perspective.
