Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov refrained from commenting on the proposal of the singer Alla Pugacheva to include her in the register of foreign agents along with her husband Maxim Galkin * (recognized as a foreign agent).

"I will not comment on this topic in any way", - Dmitry Peskov said, adding that this issue does not apply to the Kremlin. The words of Dmitry Peskov are quoted by Interfax.

Recall that last Friday, September 16, it became known about the inclusion of TV presenter and parodist Maxim Galkin * in the register of foreign agents . According to the department, the artist received funds from Ukraine.

On Sunday, Alla Pugacheva demanded to be included in the register of foreign agents as a sign of solidarity with her husband. “I ask you to enroll me in the ranks of foreign agents of my beloved country, because I am in solidarity with my husband”, - she said.

It's worth reminding that the couple left for Israel in March this year against the backdrop of a military special operation. They opposed military operations in Ukraine.

* - included in the list of persons performing the function of a foreign agent on the territory of the Russian Federation.
