According to 7x7, referring to the words of Brigadier Pavel Kuznetsov, the small protests were held on Sunday, December 19.

The builders have been working on the site since November 3 this year. In particular, they carried out painting work, laying bricks, as well as installing drywall. The employers promised them weekly payments, but they began to delay the money. They had to pay part of the funds from their own funds after the sale of the land. Kuznetsov stressed that the employers gave him "a clear understanding that they will not pay anything".

There was no response from the law enforcement authorities to the workers' statements.

By the way, in March, one of the builders of the infectious diseases hospital said that he was not paid for 32 days of work. Other workers said that they were underpaid for eight, 16 and 30 thousand rubles.

The construction of the facility began in January 2021. The authorities planned to open the hospital in October, but postponed the opening until December. 1 billion 380 thousand rubles were allocated for this project. The contract amount is 1 billion 963 million rubles.

It's worth reminding that at the beginning of the past. For a month in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk Territory, employees of Petro-KHEKHUA LLC went to a protest action, demanding that they return the money they earned. Moreover, they demanded not only their own money, but also the return of passports, which were taken from them by their employers.
