The web is perplexed why Kadyrov shows the severed heads

On January 20, the following information appeared on the telegram channel of the Chechen leader Kadyrov:

“The bandit underground in the Chechen Republic is completely finished!

Fighters of the Special Police Regiment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Chechen Republic named after the First President of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov conducted a successful special operation on the outskirts of the village of Qatar-Yurt, the end of which was the destruction of Aslan Byutukayev's gang of 6 people, who were on the federal wanted list.

The special operation was planned long ago. I personally took part in the development of the plan, which was competently implemented by the regiment commander Zamid Chalaev, who was in charge of the special operation on the spot. The bandit group managed to evade pursuit and clashes twice. For the third time, they failed to escape from the soldiers of the Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov Police Regiment.

All six militants of Byutukayev's gang were killed on the spot, no one managed to escape. Already identified: Byutukayev Aslan, Saraliyev, Bazurkayev Isa, Darshayev.

We have fulfilled the task set by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief to restore order and eliminate terrorists in the Chechen Republic. All the militants on the federal wanted list led by Byutukaev were destroyed.

From the very beginning, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief was aware of the special operation, personally made adjustments, and instructed to carry out the operation as professionally as possible, without losses among the personnel.

I personally reported to the President of the Russian Federation on the successful destruction of the gang. Vladimir Vladimirovich congratulated us on a successful special operation and separately praised the officers of the Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov Police Regiment for their professionalism and heroic actions during the liquidation of the bandit group..."

As an illustration of his achievements, Kadyrov attached a photograph of one of the killed militants with the severed head. This caused a mixed reaction on social media.

So, the popular blogger Ilya Valiyev wrote that he did not like this photo at all. So much so that he met his Chechen friend, a journalist named Malik, who has lived in Moscow for a long time, and asked him if this was a normal move on the part of Kadyrov. Here's what he said:

"You understand that I still support Ramzan Akhmatovich, no matter what. Bandits are shaitans. They must be destroyed by all means. And we will do it. And he did the right thing. Respect for him from us only. From all our Russian people".

"Well, yes, yes", - said Valiyev, - "but people can be shocked".

"Or maybe that's the way it should be, so that they were discouraged to do this..."

On this, the friends decided and parted.

True, neither the Chechen journalist nor the Moscow blogger somehow remembered the elementary truth: cruelty breeds cruelty in response, and nothing else. And demonstrative - and even more so. The only question is who will become its next victim. Most likely, it will be some innocent person who has fallen under the "distribution". However, is it a matter of psychology when such things are happening ?!
