Two deputies from the LDPR in Khabarovsk left the party after Degtyaryov was designated to the post of the acting head of the region

This is because they disagree with the dismissal of Governor Sergey Furgal and the appointment of Mikhail Degtyarev (pictured) as the acting head of the region.

Pyotr Yemelyanov wrote on his Instagram that he cannot "pretend that nothing is happening".

- Amazing news about appointments in the Khabarovsk Territory caught me in the capital of our Motherland, in the city of Moscow. As an honest and decent person, I am ashamed to pretend that nothing is happening. This policy is not for me. I do not agree with such decisions, so I leave the LDPR party and the LDPR faction in the Legislative Duma of the region, which I joined of my own free will and with good intentions. I will continue to put aside my voters, - said the parliamentarian.

Alexander Kayan, also known as the blogger Evil Far East, recorded a video message in which he announced his intention to transfer to non-partisan status. He indicated that he joined the party only to support Sergey Furgal.

- I have no moral right to remain a party member. I also became a deputy in order to be able to help people and I will continue to do this as a non-partisan, - said Kayan.

Meanwhile, the acting governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Mikhail Degtyarev, appointed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, arrived in the region. On the day of his arrival, unidentified persons reported that the airport building was mined. People were evacuated, but no danger was found. The incident did not affect the arrival of the acting governor.

According to Andrey Beloglazov, a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the political affiliation of the interim head of the region is currently unimportant.

- The political color of the acting governor does not matter now. It is important that he faces the task of improving the socio-economic state of affairs in the Khabarovsk Territory, - said Andrey Beloglazov.

According to the public figure, the main tasks for the acting governor will be "the implementation of national projects in the territory of the region, the attraction of additional funds to the region and the implementation of the national program for the development of the Far East".

- Degtyarev will work for a year as an interim - that is, he has a year to prove himself. The main thing is that the choice of the governor in 2021 will remain with the people, - said Andrey Beloglazov.

Earlier it was reported that the suspects of murder and attempted murder of Sergei Furgal was sent to the president to resign in connection with the loss of confidence.
