The Ministry of Digital Transformation reported that subpoenas within the framework of partial mobilization will not be sent through the Gosuslug portal, if the person liable for military service does not have an office on the portal, the subpoena will come by mail.

At the same time, users began to complain that the Gosuslug website does not work in the country. Failures began immediately after the announcement that subpoenas would come to users' personal accounts.

Earlier today, Russian President Vladimir Putin, during an address to the Russians, announced the beginning of a partial mobilization in the Russian Federation. The corresponding decree came into force from today. The head of the Ministry of Defense said that within the framework of partial mobilization, it is planned to call up 300 thousand reservists, which is 1.1% of the country's mobilization resource.

Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu assured that the decree on partial mobilization in Russia of September 21 does not apply to students. He also noted that conscripts will not be sent to the zones of the special operation.
