The activist's appeal stated that there was no hot and drinking water in the cells of this special detention center, there was no ventilation, no sanitation of bed linen was carried out, and there was no door to the toilet. In addition, the police did not inform the arrested about their rights and duties. After the appeal of the activist, the prosecutor's office carried out a check. The department did not find violations on the facts indicated by the activist, but revealed other violations. However, what violations were identified, the prosecutor's office did not specify.
