The incidence of COVID-19 in Moscow in a day soared by a third

According to the headquarters for controlling the situation with COVID-19, a day ago, 3,254 newly infected with coronavirus were detected in the capital, and today their number has increased to 4,287.

“Thus, 1,033 people fell ill in the capital, or almost 32%, more than the day before”, - Interfax reports.

102 people died from covid per day, and since the beginning of the pandemic, 1,477,871 people have fallen ill, 24,791 patients have died.

Earlier on July 22, it became known that the capital's authorities had initiated a re-vaccination of citizens. Who got their first vaccinations six months ago. While the pandemic is in the active phase, doctors recommend revaccination six months after the date of introduction of the first component. In the future, when the spread of the virus declines, revaccination will be carried out once a year.

So far, only two drugs are available for repeated administration: Sputnik Light and Sputnik V. They can be obtained in 119 polyclinics, 45 pavilions "Healthy Moscow", centers of public services "My Documents" and other public places.
