"Let's protect children from digital cocaine!" Parents fight back e-education

The final elimination of national education takes place with the tacit consent and connivance of the people of our country and the bulk of the teaching staff.

This is the opinion of Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor Vera Arguna (Ivanovo) and Chairman of the International Union of Parents "Together" Irina Zhiltsova (Penza). They sent to Novye Izvestia a story full of important details about the All-Russian Interdisciplinary Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation on the topic "Digital Education: Progress or Degradation?" and they advise everyone who is not indifferent to what is happening today in the field of education in Russia to familiarize themselves with these results.

“The conference was attended by doctors and candidates of sciences, practicing teachers, educators, psychologists, sociologists, doctors, lawyers, civil activists and representatives of parental communities from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Penza, Ivanov, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Samara, Saransk, Kostroma, Vladivostok, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Belgorod, Nizhny Novgorod, Balashov, as well as from Germany and Austria . The event was organized by the educational committee of the National Union of the Renaissance of Russia, the International Union of Parents "VMESTE" ("Together" - editor's note), the Independent Research Center (SIC).

The conference participants stated that in Russia there is a long-term destruction of universal mass quality education. This process is, we believe, part of a project to destroy our country, deprive it of economic and political sovereignty and is carried out in accordance with the "Dulles plan", once developed to destroy the potential of the USSR.

Classical "Russian-Soviet" education was undermined back in 1956, when high-quality, affordable textbooks were removed from the learning process. In the 1970s. programs, textbooks and teaching methods were radically changed, the classical methodology was destroyed.

In the post-Soviet era, this kind of "reforms" continued in the framework of the so-called "Russian project", approved by the US Congress in 1987.

The introduction of the Unified State Exam, the emergence of bachelor's and master's degrees in universities, the closure of doctoral studies, the liquidation of vocational schools - all these are steps to destroy the education system capable of training qualified personnel for the economy, developing national scientific and intellectual potential.

Such actions can be qualified as a deliberate sabotage that threatens the national security of the country.

Currently, educational institutions have been turned into commercial structures, and educational activities have turned from a spiritual activity into a service sector. Education has come under the control of financial structures, under whose dictation its planned destruction is taking place.

Over the past decades, in fact, equal access to full-fledged education of all strata of the population has been lost, universal mass education is being replaced by caste education.

The caste nature of education is manifested in the following:

- Selection of students during the transition from 9th to 10th grade in gymnasiums and lyceums, due to which some of the students are forced to transfer to other schools;

- Preliminary testing upon admission to school, obliging parents to attend a paid preparation for school;

- Paid services for teaching at school, increasing the social inequality of students;

- Various material and technical equipment of schools, since funding is carried out depending on the number of students;

- The presence of private schools and boarding schools;

- Graduation of universities, giving them the statuses of "federal university", "research university";

- Paid application for an academic degree.

The final nail in the coffin of the education system will be the introduction of a digital learning environment (DSP), which is part of the national project "Education".

Digital learning developers do not hide the fact that traditional supervised learning is costly. Apparently, only those strata of the population who can pay for it will be able to study at school with a teacher.

For the implementation of digital learning, SanPiNs were changed, new Hygienic standards and requirements for devices and mode of operation in DSP conditions were developed, canceling several dozen normative documents and acts that existed before.

According to the new rules, the widespread use of interactive whiteboards, touch screens, information panels, and other means of electronic display of information, as well as computers, laptops, tablets, monoblocks and other electronic teaching aids, is allowed.

Requirements for the duration of the use of electronic teaching aids in a lesson are given for each electronic means.

Taken together, the time allotted for the interactive whiteboard, computer, laptop, etc. will actually take up the entire lesson.

Moreover, the requirements for electronic textbooks have been generalized to those for printed products, although they differ significantly. Working with a textbook (now electronic) and with assignments on a blackboard (including an interactive one) occupy the main part of the lesson, and research on the impact on children's health of the use of electronic devices of various types at the official level has not been carried out (about the dangers of such an education system "Novye Izvestia " Wrote in the article " Elena Chekan told about data on the harm to health of children from e-learning " - approx." NI ").

This is completely unacceptable for children and their health. Such hygienic requirements were developed by the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the National Medical Research Center for Children's Health, and the All-Russian Society for the Development of School and University Medicine and Health. New SanPiNs were approved by the chief state sanitary doctor of Russia.

At the same time, the health of children under the age of 14 is catastrophically deteriorating.

According to Rosstat, over the past 15 years, the increase in patients with neoplasms has increased by 66%, diabetes mellitus by 100%, obesity by 74%, diseases of the nervous system by 16%, eye diseases by 23%, and respiratory diseases by 39%.

Despite the increase in the incidence among children, the Ministry of Health in 2016 canceled the annual preventive examinations of children and allowed the widespread use of electronic teaching aids, which, according to independent experts, will cause even greater damage to the health of children .

In addition, the digital learning environment assumes full control over how the child learns, with whom and how he communicates, the collection of biometric data, information about the health of the child, his family, and, in fact, depriving the child of a private life, establishes complete social control over him.

The so-called "personalized learning trajectory", presented as a new breakthrough pedagogical technology, will deprive the student of full-fledged knowledge in basic subjects, narrow his worldview, entail the loss of semantic thinking and the ability to understand objective reality, immersing the student in virtual reality.

World and domestic experience in the use of digital technologies testifies to their negative impact on the results of educational activities and the formation of thinking.

Students have a decrease in the depth of assimilation of educational material, the ability to analyze it, as well as the independence and initiative of mental activity.

To date, no independent studies have been conducted that would indisputably prove that learning has become more effective due to the mere introduction of digital technologies in educational institutions.

So the emphasis of propaganda on the progressiveness of the introduction of digitalization in education is unfounded.

The final elimination of national education occurs with the tacit connivance of the people of the country and the bulk of the teaching staff.

Literally a few activists and teachers who have remained faithful to their profession are fighting to preserve the traditions of national education, and, therefore, the future of our country.

Educational workers are disunited, and existing trade unions are unable to protect their professional and human rights.

The time has come to create new professional associations of teachers.

During the "pandemic", parents were able to feel and realize the impact of distance learning on their children.

Opinion polls have shown a negative attitude of parents towards the implementation of DSP. Since the beginning of 2021, the Independent Research Center (SIC), together with activist parents, conducted a survey of parents in 16 regions, covering 20 cities in the country.

More than 90% of survey participants in each city do not agree to entrust their child to artificial intelligence and those who control this AI; advocate for the preservation of traditional schooling with other children; do not agree to a learning experiment in DSP.

From 80% to 95% of respondents believe that such radical changes in education should be the subject of a PUBLIC discussion.

Parents insist on the creation of Working Groups in their regions together with departments and ministries of education to discuss the need to introduce DSP, since all responsibility, as participants in the experiment, rests with the parents as well.

The use of predominantly information and computer technologies in teaching, in our opinion, is antiscientific, contradicts the laws of the development of the human psyche, its spiritual and social nature, pulls a child out of society, disfigures the process of socialization, since life, cultural, professional experience is transmitted only from person to person rather than from computer to person.

Chinese and Japanese scholars call this training "e-cocaine" and "digital heroin". Because, in fact, it has a drug effect! Perhaps more advanced than the "ordinary" ...

The widespread introduction of the digital educational environment (DSP) "surprisingly" coincided with the start of the pandemic, even on the dates specified in the national project "Education".

In this regard, the conference participants would like to share some theses of the resolution through Novye Izvestia:

- Consider the destruction of the education system as a threat to national security due to a sharp decline in the quality of knowledge of the younger generation, deterioration in the physical and mental health of children;

- To recognize the state policy in the field of education as inconsistent with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation", which does not provide equal access to quality education;

- Recognize the practice of experiments by SberClasses, DSP, distance learning as unscientific and inhuman. The responsibility for carrying out these experiments shall be assigned to the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and the Ministry of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation;

- To oblige the government to introduce clear scientifically based norms of time that a student, according to age, can spend at the computer and prohibit exceeding this time, considering such an excess to be harmful to the student's health;

- Establish an Independent Professional Union of Pedagogical Workers under the Education Committee of the OSVR. Create a working group to assess the scale of the destruction of the education system, and the possibilities of restoring the best examples of the Soviet school. Demand that officials responsible for the destruction of education in Russia be brought to justice.

- Create an expert group consisting of independent scientists, doctors, teachers and parents to study classical teaching methods, conduct their full qualitative analysis for further use in the learning process.

At the last conference "Digital Education: Progress or Degradation?" scientists and parents asked one of the main questions of the digitalization of education: is it a goal or a tool for achieving a goal?

Development, progress should serve humans, and not turn us into robots. That is why it is important to understand in whose hands these levers are located and how all this will be used.

On August 30, 2021, the organizers of the conference and parents applied to the following authorities: the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, RPN, Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Reception of the President of the Russian Federation.

The evidence base for refusing to digitize education turned out to be weighty.

More than 20,000 signatures were submitted against DSP from 50 regions of Russia, the results of 20 scientific opinion polls conducted in all federal districts, which reflected the opinion of parents of schoolchildren against DSP, SberClasses and, of course, the Resolution of the Conference.

We began to struggle with the digitalization of education, and ended up trying to enter into dialogue with the already, in fact, electronic government!

In the reception room of the president, Rospotrebnadzor and the Ministry of Education and Science, the security did not let us go beyond the threshold. Personal appointments are no longer available! We were informed about this by an answering machine on the hotline of the departments.

It was useless to argue and defend their rights in this conversation with the “voice-over”.

Only the Ministry of Education eventually accepted three representatives for a personal meeting.

The structure of the ministry impressed with new positions with an emphasis on promoting DSP, distance learning.

At the reception they were assured that everything is being done for the safety of adults and children in the difficult time of the "pandemic".

Or maybe, under the guise of a new fashionable virus, are the goals of the Digital Economy being achieved? Electronic money, digital portfolios, social ratings and robot children with a chip in their heads? ...

In July 2021, the Brain, Health, Intelligence, Innovation program was launched. 54 billion rubles have been allocated for it.

The goal of this program is to train personnel for the digital economy. It is planned to implant a microcomputer in the brain by 2030. It turns out that today's schoolchildren in 9 years will become in-demand personnel for the new economy with a chip in their heads?

The plans for digitalization were published back in October 2016 in the Education Project entitled "Modern Digital Educational Environment (DSP) in the Russian Federation" . The budget for the digitization of society is 2 times more than for the entire education sector.

In December 2018, the Digital Economy National Project was approved. It contains concepts: neurotechnology, AI, virtual and augmented reality technologies.

It is indicated that by 2024 nine federal projects should be implemented within the framework of the Education national project, one of them is the Digital Educational Environment - DSP.

In total, 1 trillion 627 billion 146 million rubles will be spent on the Digital Economy over 5 years from the federal budget and extra-budgetary sources.

And this is only budget money, but how many investors have been attracted? BEAC, Rostelecom and other sharks of financial structures!

We do not believe that banks and transcorporations care about our children!

We, as ordinary citizens, understand that education has become a service sector, and not a process of personality formation in the society of our children, as regulated in the Federal Law on Education.

Where there is a service sector, there is money. With the introduction of digitalization of education, the budget will not need to pay salaries to teachers, school directors, because artificial intelligence does not ask for food and apartments for young specialists. It will not be necessary to teach teachers for 5 years at the institute, because according to the SBERA program “Teacher for Russia”, it will be possible to become a “tutor” in just five WEEKS.

Will you need to learn how to open the classroom for children and maintain equipment? Are new data mining and virtual training companies going to be more profitable? Excellent savings for the state on children and earnings for financial business sharks. Money doesn't smell like they say.

Until the point of no return is passed, the experiment is not completed.

It's too late to be afraid.

We have openly called the "reformers" to account. This work requires an investment of time and effort from all of us - those who figured out and understood the essence of this insidious plan to turn our children into robots! "
