The speaker of the lower house of the Russian parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin, clarified that the deputies of the State Duma are not reserved from mobilization in Ukraine.

"Those who meet the requirements of partial mobilization must help by participating in a special military operation. The deputies have no reservations”, - Volodin pointed out in his telegram channel.

Today, MPs Dmitry Sablin, Viktor Vodolatsky, Akhmed Dogaev and others are already in the Donbas. According to Volodin, it is necessary to "increase the size of our Armed Forces".

“During the Great Patriotic War, four fronts operated to liberate Ukrainian territories from the Nazis”, - the speaker recalled.

On the eve of the State Duma deputy, United Russia Dmitry Vyatkin explained his unwillingness to go to war during the period of mobilization by saying that it is “easy” but inexpedient to do this, since “citizens” stand behind the parliamentarians.

Earlier it became known that the obligation to appear at the military registration and enlistment offices during the period of mobilization does not apply to a number of categories of citizens, including State Duma deputies and senators, as well as those to whom the government will provide a reservation.
