It had to be solved in difficult conditions, there was everything: sabotage, and the Italian strike, and unscrupulous contractors. And all this - against the backdrop of a pandemic. Flood victims in the Irkutsk region received 7,670 certificates for the purchase of housing - in the secondary market or in new buildings. So far, only three have remained unrealized.
At the same time, the governor also noted the problem faced by the region. Thus, the construction of individual houses under trilateral agreements (between the victims, the construction company and the customer's service) turned out to be ineffective, since firms without working capital took part in the work. They received an advance, but did not have the money to complete their houses. As a result, a number of contracts were renegotiated. The regional authorities promise to complete the problem houses by May 1 next year.
