As Kommersant found out, employees of airlines and airports began to massively receive subpoenas to military registration and enlistment offices, employees of Russian airlines and airports began to receive subpoenas to military registration and enlistment offices, and employers draw up booking lists.

But lawyers do not understand where to transfer the lists: to the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Transport or local authorities

According to Kommersant, exemption from conscription is critical not only for pilots and air traffic controllers, but also for technical, commercial and IT specialists, since flights without them may stop.

The publication indicates that employees of at least five domestic carriers, including Aeroflot, and over a dozen air harbors received subpoenas within 24 hours after the announcement of partial mobilization in the country. The fact is that most of the pilots are reserve officers. They were trained at the military departments of flight schools. Up to 80% of the industry's workers could potentially be mobilized.

Aeroflot (also Rossiya and Pobeda) can send more than half of the staff for mobilization. But there are no official comments from carriers. At least five airlines are investigating how to generate a booking request for workers needed to provide uninterrupted flights.

Kommersant points out that two airlines have already compiled and sent lists: in one case to the local administration, in the other to the regional Ministry of Transport. The first carrier included pilots and engineers in the list, the second also included IT specialists. Other companies are still compiling lists of those potentially subject to conscription and regulations for those who have received the summons.

The federal trade union of air traffic controllers indicated that several dozen dispatchers of the state corporation for air traffic management (GC for ATM) in branches from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Magadan and Irkutsk also received subpoenas. On September 23, 15 people are to go to the recruiting station in Khabarovsk. The organization sent a letter to the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Mikhail Mishustin with a request to grant the right to deferment from mobilization to key employees of the ATM Civil Code.

Earlier, managers of domestic IT companies asked the state to release their employees from military service.
