Alexey Navalny's apartment was arrested

Alexey Navalny himself is now in Germany, where he is restoring his health. Until yesterday he was in the Berlin clinic Charite. Alexey Navalny was brought to Germany unconscious on August 22 from a hospital in Omsk. According to the German authorities, the politician was poisoned with the Novichok chemical warfare agent.

As newtimes.ru reports , the rest of the Moscow apartment was imposed on August 27, that is, a week after the politician was poisoned. Alexei Navalny himself called his 78.5-square-meter apartment "the only substantial property", - the Meduza newspaper notes.

"The bailiffs announced a ban on registration actions on his share in the apartment in Maryino. This means that the apartment cannot be sold, donated or mortgaged. At the same time, Alexei's accounts were arrested", - Kira Yarmysh is quoted by the Mediazona.

Back in October last year, the court recovered almost 88 million rubles from the producer of Navalny LIVE Lyubov Sobol, Alexey Navalny and FBK in favor of the Moscow Schoolboy (Moskovskiy Shkolnik) company. Oppositionists accused this food plant of poisoning children with low-quality food. Entrepreneur Yevgeny Prigozhin denies any connection with Moscow Schoolboy, but in August of this year he signed an agreement with this company to assign a claim and now Alexey Navalny and Lyubov Sobol owe 88 million rubles to the businessman himself.
