The Kremlin determined the level of citizens' trust the governors

Kremlin analysts named leaders and outsiders among the heads of the regions in terms of the level of citizens' trust. Citizens are least disposed to the governors in Khakassia, the Vladimir region, as well as to the cryo governor of the Khabarovsk Territory.

The results of the implementation of KPIs for the regions, summarized in the Kremlin, are given by RBC, referring to the participants in the seminar for vice governors.

The list of leaders in terms of trust in the head of the region includes the Chechen region, headed by Ramzan Kadyrov, Adygea, headed by Murat Kumpilov, the Kurgan region, by the governor Vadim Shumkov, the Kursk region, headed by Roman Starovoit, and the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, by the governor Dmitry Artyukhov.

The outsiders turned out to be the head of the Republic of Khakassia, Valentin Konovalov (elected in 2018 in the second round of elections), Vladimir Sipyagin, who heads the Vladimir region (who also won after the second round), and Mikhail Degtyarev, acting head of the Khabarovsk Territory.

It's worth reminding that Degtyarev managed to get a fairly strong anti-rating in a very short time - he took the post of interim head of the region only on July 20 last year. However, he has already managed to occupy the very last line in the ranking in terms of positive references to governors in social networks, despite the fact that in terms of the total number of references, he was even higher than Ramzan Kadyrov, who traditionally was in the lead in this indicator.

In the new Kremlin rating, the head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Uss and the head of Kuzbass Sergey Tsivilev were also among the outsiders.

Let us recall that according to the Center for Current Politics, in December last year, the governors were mentioned 1.29 million times on social networks, which was one of the lowest rates since April 2020. The number of references may decrease even more in January 2021, experts say, since due to the long holidays, the activity of both the authorities and the citizens themselves is reduced.
