"We are not your enemies!" TV told what Russia wants from Ukraine

Today, TV has changed the concept and demands an apology no longer for predictions about the invasion, but for reporting on the invasion, which allegedly does not occur as aggressively as it is portrayed by CNN correspondents.

How is the invasion

According to TV, it is happening correctly - according to the plan previously (!) announced by Propaganda. As planned blitzkrieg, so it happened. Nearly. In a matter of seconds, the enemy’s infrastructure was suppressed, airfields were destroyed so that NATO planes would not fly in, and Ukrainian servicemen, according to TV, began to stick things into the ground and ran to surrender or even go over to the side of the Russian army (they say that as many as 14 people went over to the side of the Russian army, it is shown, as they were unloaded from the truck with the most miserable look). At the same time, the population greets the Russian soldiers-liberators, although they do not wave flags, since they do not have Russian flags, but some people intensively wave their hands and make incomprehensible gestures, and they say something else to the TV correspondent, but for some reason it stutters.

Meanwhile, coverage of the invasion takes place against the backdrop of the title "Russia Doesn't Bomb Cities of Ukraine", though footage of horrific destruction follows. But this seems to be the destruction of only military facilities, airfields, and not houses with residents, warehouses, and the “destruction of parts”, although then houses still appear, and “parts” are obviously also not parts from a tractor, but some human formations.

The caption also appears: “Urgent. The inhabitants of Ukraine are not in danger - the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation”, but the conversation, nevertheless, returns to the topic of losses. They, alas, are on both sides, this is voiced by both the head of the DPR Pushilin and TV. It turns out that the "Nazis" do not give up, but very much resist. Therefore, here and there, shells fly to civilians, a child was killed there, and someone died here too. However, there is little joy if your apartment only burns down as a result. As if a person of the 21st century is not very used to this, in contrast to the military generation of the twentieth.

The viewer of our TV, I think, has the right to ask: are these victims that the TV talks about, are they not the victims of war and the bitter fruits of the conceived blitzkrieg? It turns out, as in the looped counting rhyme "The House That Jack Built" - here are the victims and the house that your war burned down. In particular, my Russian relative, who lives in Kiev with a small child, lost her milk after sirens and fears that Russian tanks would come in. Tragedy. What to replace in such circumstances?

Is she also a victim of peace enforcement?

New "fakes"

They now relate to the course of the invasion.

British correspondent Matthew Chance climbed onto the roof of a hotel in Kiev and listened to the explosions in the distance. TV somehow sarcastically responded to this, like Chance greatly exaggerates. And then Chance took out a bulletproof vest and began to put it on. You never know where it will come from. According to the TV, in this way, he tried to dramatize his report, but there is no such type of drama.

Another foreign correspondent gave a video of a tank column moving towards Kiev from Belarus. All this was shown to us honestly, but what should follow from this was not explained. Should we laugh at fears or admire the power of Russian weapons? - unclear.

TV may not even know it, but after actually signing three months of non-stop lies - denying the plans for an invasion, when it is happening right in front of our eyes - one should hardly trust the emotional coloring of its reports.

The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, who is on the air all the time and is the source of all sorts of news, is in no hurry to report the victory. According to him, the Ukrainian army was suppressed. But the nationalists (and this is not the army?) remained, and that's the main trouble from them. You can't convince them because they've been brainwashed so they know exactly what they're fighting for. TV experts (deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots Konstantin Zatulin) also expressed some doubt that the “liberators” would be greeted with flowers, since a whole generation of anti-Russian sentiment has grown up, and the bombing of one’s country clearly does not contribute to love for the bomber . The thought sounded so seditious that resistance would increase, not decrease.

Theory of War

In fact, TV shows three theories: the Theory of the beginning of the war (goals and causes), the Theory of its conduct (from victory to victory, blitzkrieg) and the Theory of consequences.

According to TV (and this is confirmed from the very top, by the Kremlin), the attack was “forced”, because Russia was “pressed”, put in such conditions and circumstances that it could not help but attack. What are these circumstances? But Ukraine is going to make an atomic bomb, and then it will explode in Russia, and Russia will die. Or: but Ukraine someday, at least in the next century, but we are thinking about History, will join NATO, and NATO will deploy strike forces there. This must be prevented today!

It is not difficult, however, to see that all these “ifs” that will happen (or will not happen) refer to some distant perspective. However, even the war is driven by resentment and the desire for revenge. Russia is taking revenge for the fire in the House of Trade Unions in Odessa, in which 45 people, pro-Russian opponents of the Kiev regime, were killed in 2014. In order to restore justice and punish the instigators of the fire, whom Russia allegedly knows everyone by name, by starting criminal cases, it is ready, in its own words and the words of experts, to kill thousands of unacceptable people (and what about the border guards or the people of Kiev?) And destroy the whole state.

At the same time, the goal of the military operation is publicly called "denazification of Ukraine". This term was invented in relation to Nazi Germany, but what this means in relation to Ukraine is unknown. Destruction of the nation and its transformation into cosmopolitans? So, preparing to join the European Union, Ukrainians wanted to turn into European cosmopolitans!

It is obvious that the denazification of Ukraine and the protection of the Russian republics, against which genocide is allegedly being carried out, are two different tasks that do not correlate with each other. Defense of the republics is a local war, denazification is total.

Andrey Isayev, a deputy from the United Russia, a member of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs, saw good in these tasks.

According to him, Russia is coming to Ukraine with gifts. Having defeated the Ukrainian armed forces, it also eliminates the costly items of the Ukrainian budget - for the army, which is why the surviving Ukrainians will be able to focus on the economy. By separating Donbass from Ukraine, Russia will eliminate the need to maintain a huge social infrastructure. And having carried out the denazification, it will initiate such a reorganization of the state when the armed forces in Ukraine will never be needed at all, since only Russia will be responsible and paying for security.
