In the first half of 2021, the number of job offers for firefighters amounted to 3.5 thousand, having doubled compared to the period January-May last year.

According to TASS, referring to data from the HeadHunter service, the average salary offered to firefighters is 34 thousand rubles a month, while the average expectations of job seekers are higher - 40-50 thousand rubles.

Two thirds of the total number of firefighters looking for work are over 35 years old, one third - 26-35 years old. On average, two or three job seekers apply for one vacancy.

It's worth reminding that at the end of winter 2021, the demand for workers was 53% higher than before the coronavirus pandemic.
