Yevgeny Roizman banned certain actions in the case of discrediting the army

The detainee was released from custody in the courtroom, TASS reports.

Yevgeny Roizman was detained for 48 hours on August 24 in the case of discrediting the Russian army. His home was searched. Law enforcement confiscated mobile phone, computer, flash drives and documents.

The reason for the detention was a live broadcast with answers to subscribers' questions on the social network. During the broadcast, Yevgeny Roizman spoke negatively about the military special operation in Ukraine. The investigation believes that by doing this he wanted to destabilize the situation in the country, Kommersant writes .

Earlier, the former mayor of the city was fined three times for discrediting the Russian military. The amount of the fine was 150 thousand rubles. Earlier it was reported that in order to pay these fines, he needed to sell some things.
