“The challenge is accepted by the representatives of various ministries and departments, organizations, Russian pop stars, athletes and bloggers. We did not stand by and took a dare. 100% of the male staff was shaved baldly. We pass the baton to colleagues from other regions! Are you weak or not?”, - wrote the employees of the Ministry of Emergencies in the social network.
Earlier, Ramzan Kadyrov shaved his head, deciding by personal example to show the residents of the republic how important it is to observe the regime of self-isolation after complaints appeared about the inability to go to the hairdresser due to the restrictions introduced. At the same time, the head of Chechnya called on the entire male population of the republic to follow his example.
Kadyrov explained to the residents of the republic that since salons and hairdressers did not work, he decided to shave his head, "as our ancestors did." “This is very useful. Our Prophet also shaved his head. Shave your heads,” the head of the region made an appeal to the population of Chechnya.
Hairdressers, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues closed in Chechnya at the end of March, a self-isolation regime and a curfew were introduced from 20:00 to 08:00. The Chechen Republic became the first region of Russia to close its borders with other entities.
