Half of citizens are ready to spend up to 15 thousand rubles on May holidays

According to a survey by Otkritie Bank, the results of which are reported by Kommersant, 13% of Russians are ready to invest in their May vacation in the amount of 15 to 30 thousand rubles, 6% plan to spend 30-50 thousand rubles, 2% intend to relax for 50-100 thousand rubles, and 1% of those surveyed said that they would part with an amount exceeding 100 thousand rubles this long weekend in May.

At the same time, 11% said they were not afraid to go on a trip during this period, since they had already been vaccinated against coronavirus. 23%, although planning a train, are still afraid of getting infected. 14% will not go anywhere at all, fearing infection.

68% of the study participants admitted that they will stay at home or will only go to the dacha for these May. 15% each turned out to be those who will travel within the country or spend this time at work. 2% planned overseas tours.

It's wirth reminding that Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova announced that organizations will independently choose a work schedule from May 4 to May 7, and the refusal of employees to go to work on these days should not cause a decrease in their salaries. At the same time, a quarter of Russians, even before it was announced in the long weekend, took a vacation for this period.
