70% of citizens are not ready to work with relatives

Almost 56% of Russians would like to work in the same organization with their friends, if we are not talking about a subordinate-boss relationship. At the same time, 70% of citizens stated that they would not like to work with their wife or husband.
According to a survey conducted by SuperJob, cited by RBC, opponents of working with spouses explained that personal relationships will not benefit work, or work will interfere with relationships. Only 28% of respondents are not ready with their father , 21% are not ready with their mother. 41% agree to become a subordinate of a best friend , and 46% agree to take friends as subordinates.
Note that the majority of citizens said they would like to change jobs in the fall of 2021. When looking for a new job, Russians are most interested in such a factor as the size of the salary.
