According to a survey by the NRU Higher School of Economics (HSE) on the economic and social consequences of coronavirus in Russia and in the world, one in three Russians believes that it is too early to completely remove the restrictions imposed due to the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19.

However, 56% opposed the restrictions.

Up to 56% of respondents supported the decision of the authorities to remove the restrictions imposed due to the pandemic. Of these, 35.6% of respondents believe that restrictive measures could be started even earlier, 20.4% think that this was done on time. However, one in three (31.3%) believes that it is too early to remove the restrictions on the self-isolation regime or even to tighten them at all.
