The military commissar wounded during shooting in Ust-Ilimsk was brought out of a coma

Military commissar Alexander Eliseev, who was shot at his workplace in the military registration and enlistment office of Ust-Ilimsk, Irkutsk region, was taken out of a medically induced coma, said the head of the region, Igor Kobzev.
The governor said that the condition of the wounded is stable. Kobzev thanked the doctors for their work.
On September 26, in Ust-Ilimsk, in the premises of the recruiting station, Ruslan Zinin seriously wounded the military commissar. The attacker fired from a sawn-off shotgun. The victim was hospitalized, later his condition was stabilized by the military commissar.
Zinin was detained, the Ust-Ilimsk city court of the Angara region arrested him for two months. A criminal case has been initiated against him under articles on illegal acquisition of weapons, on encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer.
