"We expect that this second ascent will not be very long. Yes, it will be longer than the first one, because in principle it is more ambitious. But, most likely, it will not last longer than 2-4 weeks. I guess last three weeks, maybe there will be stabilization", - RIA Novosti quoted Chulanov's words.

As for the possibility of a third wave of morbidity, the expert noted that humanity for the first time entered the epidemiological season of ARVI with coronavirus. Therefore, it is impossible to predict how the coronavirus infection will behave.

To date, 75 patients with detected COVID-19 have died in Moscow in a day, 57 in St. Petersburg. In the Rostov region, which came third in mortality from covid, 17 patients have died.
