As a rule, HR managers say so - 73%, IT specialists - 72%, marketing managers and PR specialists - 65%.
62% of respondents would like to receive a VHI policy after passing a probationary period or a month of work in a company. 24% hope to obtain a policy from the first day of work. 14% of the study participants said that the issue of obtaining VHI should remain for the consideration of the head. Every third person is ready to buy a policy, if the employer agrees to partially pay for it. Basically, they say so in Krasnodar - 43%, Novosibirsk - 39%, St. Petersburg - and Nizhny Novgorod - 38% each, Moscow - 37%.
It's worth reminding that in March it became known about the expected increase in the cost of VHI for employees. According to the insurers, this year the prices will rise by 15-30% , which will lead to unprofitability of the existing tariffs. The All-Russian Union of Insurers (VSS) sent a letter to partners from among medical organizations with a request to take possible measures to curb the prices of medical services.
