Criminal case is opened against Moscow deputy Yulia Galyamina

- In early July 2020, Galyamina posted on the Internet and social networks the publication of slogans of various content calling for participation on July 15, 2020 in an illegal mass event - an uncoordinated rally in the center of Moscow, which was attended by at least 150 people, - reported in the Main Investigation management of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Moscow.

The department noted that earlier Galyamina was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility under the Code of Administrative Offenses on violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, procession or picketing.

In the near future, the deputy should be taken to the department of the department for investigative actions.

Let us recall that on July 16, Galyamina was among the detained 62 participants in an unauthorized action against the amendments to the Constitution that took place on July 15 in the capital.

In early July, Galyamina was searched in the YUKOS case.
