The Prosecutor General's Office did not send requests to Roskomnadzor to block the t.me domain, which belongs to Telegram, the supervisory authority said.
Last night, the domain was included in the RKN list, which contains the names of blocked sites and pages. The justification indicated that this was done at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office.
Then the domain disappeared from the list, but the Russians still noted the inability to access the site. Then access was returned.
