Applications for gas transit from Russia through Ukraine increased by 76%

Europe increased exports and partially redistributed them. Along the Uzhgorod corridor, deliveries increased towards Slovakia, the reverse increased from Germany to Poland via the Yamal-Europe gas pipeline. That is, Poland is now buying Russian gas, but from German suppliers.

Nominations for pumping in Ukraine through the stations "Sudzha" and "Sokhanovka" from the Russian side are formed on the basis of demand in Europe. As of May 1, nominations amounted to 98.89 million cubic meters. This is 1.8 times more (by 76%) than on April 26 - before the suspension of supplies to Bulgargaz and PGNiG.

It should be noted that on April 30, European consumers increased their demand for Russian gas supplies through Ukraine, despite the fact that usually on weekends the demand for gas from the industry should decrease.
