Shoigu reported to Putin on establishing control over the entire territory of the LPR

“Today, July 3, 2022, the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, General of the Army Sergei Shoigu, reported to the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the liberation of the Lugansk People’s Republic,” the Russian Defense Ministry told reporters ( TASS quote ).

The Russian defense ministry added that this became possible after taking full control of Lisichansk and adjacent settlements, including Belogorovka, Novodruzhesk, Maloryazantsevo and Belaya Gora.

“The total area of the territories liberated over the past 24 hours amounted to 182 square kilometers,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.
