CNBC: Russian hackers leaked the data of a million credit cards

Credit card data of citizens of the United States and other countries for 2018-2019 was leaked to the public. The American TV channel CNBC points to the involvement of a group of Russian hackers in the leak.
The channel refers to the analysts of the Q6 cybersecurity company, who claim that the obtained data were posted on the darknet by hackers from the All World Cards group, but it is not clear why the experts associate them with Russia.
The channel calls the group "Russian-speaking" criminals and claims that it was recently created. The obtained data, says the correspondent, are provided by the hackers as an "advertising offer" and are likely to start using the stolen cards in the coming days.
