Le Monde: France and Germany will impose sanctions against nine people in the Navalny case

The sanctions measures include a ban on entry to Europe and blocking bank accounts.

According to French journalists, the State Research Institute of Organic Chemistry and Technology (GoNIIOKhT) may fall under the sanctions.
