As RIA Novosti notes with reference to Zelensky’s data, “the air raid does not subside throughout Ukraine,” missile hits were noted.
Zelensky appealed to his compatriots with a request not to leave shelters, take care of themselves and their families. He urged the people of the country to "hold on and be strong."
Explosions were recorded in Kyiv near the SBU building and the President's office. Rockets fell in the Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions. Explosions are reported in Lvov and Dnipro (formerly Dnepropetrovsk).
Due to the shelling in the Kyiv subway, trains were stopped. The subway accepts citizens as a bomb shelter. Local media reports that in the center of Kiev, where the explosions occurred, " civilian cars are on fire ."
