The decision will come into force in ten days, according to the resolution of the republic's authorities.

"Temporarily suspend the crossing of the state border of the Republic of Belarus for exit from the republic by citizens of the Republic of Belarus, as well as foreigners who have a permit for permanent or temporary residence in the territory of the Republic of Belarus", - the resolution says.

The document states that permission to travel outside the republic can only in exceptional cases by decision of the head of the state border committee or an official authorized by him.

The ban applies to citizens of Belarus, as well as to foreigners who have a permit for permanent or temporary residence in the territory of the republic. At the same time, this measure does not apply to diplomats, members of official delegations, members of courts, train crews of international traffic, international drivers. They will also be allowed to leave for those who need medical assistance abroad, also upon notification of the death or illness of a relative traveling abroad, or for work and study. In the last two cases, it is necessary to provide a supporting document from a foreign organization, and you can leave no more than once every six months.

Let us remind you that at the end of last month, the leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, again remembered about the "coronpsychosis". The President of the Republic believes that the virus has long ceased to be only a medical problem.

Previously, he claimed to have had a coronavirus. He also said that up to 97% of Belarusians, like him, had had coronavirus without symptoms.
