Residents of the country are advised to go to shelters. New strikes are reported in Vinnitsa, Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Kyiv, Rivne, Lvov, Khmelnitsky and Odessa regions.

The head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, Sergei Borzov, reported on drone attacks on the Ladyzhynska TPP. Explosions are reported in the Odessa region, as well as in Rivne and Krivoy Rog.

In Kyiv and the region introduced hourly power outages. They will be held from 10:00 to 14:00, from 18:00 to 22:00, and from 02:00 to 06:00.

On October 10, Ukraine was hit by a massive missile strike. Residents of over 3.5 thousand settlements were left without electricity. The railroad was damaged. Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that the massive strike was a response to a number of terrorist attacks, including on the Crimean bridge, which were organized by the Ukrainian special services. The Russian president has threatened a harsh response to such attacks.

Western countries strongly condemned the attacks on Ukraine, declaring their readiness to provide new military support to the country.
