According to avia.pro experts, the intelligence of the DPR and LPR could have received in advance data on the preparation of an attack by Ukrainian troops. For example, such information could appear on February 16. It was this date that Western countries called the date of the alleged Russian invasion of Ukraine. Perhaps the video was recorded based on this.

The leadership of the self-proclaimed republics did not comment on the appearance of the videos recorded in advance.

It's worth reminding that on February 18, the authorities of the DPR and LPR announced a mass evacuation of the population against the backdrop of an aggravation of the conflict. The refugees were sent to the Rostov region. On the same day, Acting Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Alexander Chupriyan urgently moved to the region to organize work to receive refugees from Donbass.

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to pay each refugee 10 thousand rubles, the region received 5 billion rubles for these payments.

The day before, it was reported that since February 17, the OSCE recorded about 600 ceasefire violations in the Donbass.

Today, February 19, Denis Pushilin, head of the self-proclaimed DPR, signed a decree on general mobilization, he called on the men of the republic to come to the military commissariats.
